The dog’s name is Faith. Story is in the US . The dog was found by a couple who didn’t give up on the dog when it was found as a puppy. The couple TAUGHT the dog how to walk on its hind legs and ever since then Faith has been brought to all the places where people need inspiration/hope to live.
